ubuntu one突然无法同步联系人了

搜索了很多，以为是自己的ubuntu有问题，还是10.04版本有BUG导致无法同步，但是查看日志也是正常的，ubuntu one也是正常状态。
今天找了很多来到了官方网站终于找到原因了。
