搞了一天的rails环境

一不小心，rails都已经出5了，想在自己电脑上搞来玩玩，结果怎么都装不起来

搜了下，基本都是指向到同一个地方

基本就是 Xcode Developer Tools的问题，可我系统是10.12的，怎么搞都不行，一会儿提示这个版本低，一会儿提示那个组件缺乏，这个macOS也是够折腾人的。

结果升级到10.14后居然都好了。但是带来的副作用是要使用iCloud就只能是云上贵州了，妈的，气的我关闭iCloud了。
